It does beg the question who here actually may be in direct contact with Xped Management and as a result receive information that is not publicly known. I know I have been in that situation myself and it is rather uncomfortable at times knowing that this could actually come back and bite me.

Far too many posters seem to have, or have had, the inside track and just know to post that a new deal is about to be announced. Something is about to pop. It's just too obvious at times. Having information whether you think it is price sensitive or not can be detrimental to you regardless. If the information is non public then this should be a concern.

If you feel that you have been given information that others are not aware of then you should do something about that, otherwise you too risk being tied up in a more difficult situation than you bargained for.

Now I'm not saying AICp is one of these, but there are other posters who are.
