I agree totally that trading isn't for everyone and whilst it may be annoying to some it is part and parcel of the share market. For me, all traders play a part in the exposure of a stock including the day traders that by the sheer volume of trades bring a stock onto the radar of others.
Short/medium and long term investors all have a role - it all helps with getting a stock noticed. We are now in a position that 12 months ago not many would of thought we would be in (after the previous board dropped the bombshell that we were selling), and that is institutional or larger investors have now come into the fray as our market cap has now travelled beyond the $100M barrier.
Good luck to you barney, and personally the use of the word loyalty when discussing a share on the ASX should be banned because at some point in the game, everyone will sell shares, for whatever reason as we are all here to make money. The sheer fact that you disclosed it (as did @boy1) speaks volumes of the transparency you display, no hidden agenda etc.

@keen as - High Frequency Trading (HFT) Algorithm Trading (bots) call it what you want, is a set play by an investor (usually large) that helps manipulate the share price in the direction wanted, example of the bot working the SP down so it can be accumulated or the bot working it up to hit sell/exit prices, but it is also used because of the size of a parcel being brought/sold, where as (if selling) dropping a large parcel into the sell side would cause waves of panic, share price drops too quick and the desired exit point is missed.

@gothechooks - hilarious, well thought out and my oh my would of taken hours...

@Twothumbsup as for downramper, negative posters - they also have a roll to play (not blatant down ramping to suit a goal) but constructive negative comments can help with investment decision by way of "oh, I never thought of that" type scenarios which lead you to go and research some more, etc. Pure down rampers have generally been met on this particular thread with very positive counter arguments backed by a well thought out and informative rebuttals.
Innocent questions or perceived down ramping could be just a holder/prospective holder seeking an answer. Although the sovereign risk does get brought up a lot when the share is on an upward trend.......
Enthusiastic posters could be deemed as pure up rampers as well though, but at this stage of the game with BGS there is very little downside.

Have a great New Year everyone...

    all the above IMO

    cheers
