After thinking about it I’m almost certain this will be a downgrade due to the following.

1) Pie fund selling down their stake at a 50% loss within the last couple of weeks

2) New group trying to get rid of the board and that have a large shareholding

Now clearly these people know a lot more than us and are acting as if this quarter is another pathetic effort.
