''Hmm, now that's certainly a DEFLECTION away from the subject of my post to you, I suppose I would want to deflect it as well.
Twas ref to the Transfiguration topic, deary. ''
That's pathetic, considering that I have acknowledged my error and explained why it happened, ie, your posts are messy and most of it a waste of precious time to decipher, garbled reasoning, rambling, babbling, colours, bells and whistles. So, as I've already said several times, I made an error, an error as a result of skimming and the fact that there is nothing prior to Mark 9:1 that helps you in any way....hence my error.
And there is no deflection. You have nothing to say. You have no valid arguments. You have no evidence. You have no Logic. You have no reason.
It doesn't matter what I have said. It doesn't matter what anyone has said, the verses in question describe the event they promise will happen within a generation of those present at that time. It did not happen. Not as described. Not even remotely.
It is you you is trying, defect, futilely, pathologically, irrationally, trying to link the single momentous description of the return of Jesus in power and glory with the angels in the clouds for all the tribes on earth to see, etc, with a second event that is nothing like the described event, which makes it a pitiful attempt to explain the failure of prophesy.
For your own sake, you should stop. It looks bad for you, not me, not anyone else. But I doubt that you can stop. You are like a kid who can't stop until he gets his way. Sort of reminds me of Donald Trump. Trumpian behaviour.
