I believe that the strength of last two days is more to do with traders looking for possible takeover targets than any impending announcement- and if thats the case they will be disappointed as TZN is safe until the final shareholding in the Algerian property is known and that is at least 12 months away. Further, the only possible suitor is ZFX as they have earned to right to 70% of Menninnie and appear to be continuing with that project.
