    Yes anti discrimination laws bothered me before. It's all a dictatorial approach to private interactions. Let customers decide. Only a monopoly should be forced to service all equally.

    And there are some very obvious ways to determine the cake is for a homosexual marriage.

    If the to be married ever enter the store together.
    If the names of the couple are ever requested.
    If one uses the term husband or wife to refer to another and that term would be to describe them.

    If this was none of the bakers business, the baker would never be approached as there would be no need to communicate with them.

    The baker as an individual and business should be able to say no for any pathetic reason. Afterwards a business can face a customer backlash and stores that serve what or whom another refused can promote their service.
