banjar, "hapless detainees in cages" is not bait. It's a disgraceful fact that shames us all. No wonder, Graham and a great many aussies treat anything and everything that Howard, says, said, does and done with disdain.
And, it might well be true: the bastard is most probably whiteanted by his own people. People who either want to get his job for their own, selfish reasons and people who see very clearly what he's done to this country.
