I don't like to see men being intimate with each other, I don't like seeing African American with a white woman, I don't like seeing some old Aussie guy with a young Asian wife ect ect but hey it's none of my business.

Business need to abide by anti-discrimination laws and if you are an employee they can not allow you to be racist and discriminate, you as an individual also needs to abide by anti-discrimination laws.
