did u pick up any to start the new year? is 24c cheap?
with 85% revenue tied up with one govenerment agency, looks like plenty people like me focused on what is not said.
with two postive ann in a row, it doesnt hurt for managment to give a bit profit guidance at this time of the year, but reading last quarterly, cash didnt seem going up, if taking acc depreciation, and other non cash expense, something has been drain their wallet.
