I dont think there are as many options as you point out.

I was asking you more in the point of a takeover.

It seems to me someone is deliberately driving the price down every day to force it lower. Thus willing to sacrifice themselves and then offer a higher takeover price, probably $2.00 MAKING THE PREMIUM LOOK LARGE.

In reality it is buying it for a bargain basement price.

That is why the selling has been so aggressive lately.

We should see a trading halt within 2 weeks IMO.
