    Not to mention this was over the Christmas / New Year period so in all probability the relevant ASX staff would have probably been on leave.
    As someone said earlier it would be a technical matter of dotting the I's and crosssing the T's in order to satisfy the ASX's requirements for approval.
    The company was waiting to hear back from them.
