I beg to differ

Quoting someone posting with low content and then adding weird stuff like "I would be questioning the integrity of the management" is hardly positive contribution. the poster has probably not even read the announcement properly.

the announcement says they are meeting this week to finalize negotiations - not to start with a blank slate.

The announcement builds up on the previous one stating they have developed a model based on platts with discount compensations and repayment conditions.

If they were elusive, not communicating or had a history of deceit to the holders then "questioning the integrity of the management" might be a fair comment. They have shown balls of steel to negotiate the right price for the spot sale of the first lot of coal, and despite of Renjian throwing big numbers at them ($400mil for a battler) they have probably managed to negotiate even better terms as it is clear to see - which is incredible commitment towards long term holders.

If bigspikes has such genuine doubts perhaps he can spare the generosity to let the annonymous posters be aware of his views and sell and become less alarmed. Take Paleobro with him too.
