Like I said, improvements to how moderation is handled are coming. They should address all your concerns.

The reason you got suspended is because you were abusing another user, and someone reported you using the TOU Violation button.

Of course, you can feel free to believe that we don't look at the TOU reports and abuse other posters, but I imagine that you will just get suspended again because someone else DOES use the TOU button. The only reason I looked at this thread was because of a TOU report.
