I notice John Young has 5 million options he needs to pay 40c each for by 16 May. Clearly he would need $2 million by 16 May and may not have it readily in cash. Best he sells early and does not disrupt the market too much all at once. If that is his reason for selling (and I cannot be sure) I am very much in favour as it demonstrate his belief in the company
