What could go wrong? Some thoughts

War breaks out with north Korea putting mkts in a panic sell off
Quarterly results come out good but worse than expected causing a sell off.
We get an update on announcement about an implementation and updated transaction volumes ( I think investors have already baked in na williams being mostly a failure otherwise sp would be higher imho). Example na williams revised instead of 1.2 billion down to it will take significantly longer to get parties in the auto distribution channel onboard and revised to 50 million a year transactions.
