I'll be honest, I really struggle to make sense of the article after translation so I'm sorry if I misinterpreted it but is this article even talking about the same company?????

At different points its referred to as 'Network Science and Technology', 'United Technology', "Cyber Science and Technology', 'WH-Tech' and 'Netcom Technologies'. None of these (pretty generic titles) mention 'Shenzen Wonhe Technology' or the OTC code "WHHT" for WMC's parent company.

Further, the date of the article is 16/8/2013, whereas WHHT (WMC's parent company) listed in 2015:

I haven't found any mention that the company referred to in your links renamed or was acquired by WHHT, so unless you have some documentation to show that link I'm pretty confident in dismissing your links as irrelevant and misleading.
