Fish, I already know that SGH is way overpriced and the company says that also. I was sure ML was not buying SGH shares at current SP as some believed. What I don't know is exactly how the mechanics of ML becoming a substantial holder works ie. does any money change hands at all or is it essentially given to ML to hold in trust for AC.
I was trying to learn and that's why I asked you if you if you know the answer. Do you know the answer to my question or not? If not can someone explain does any money change hands at all or is it essentially given to ML to hold in trust for AC. Also what reason would AC want to do this with all new shares acquired.
