    Hello. So we can see that the company is spending a million dollars (right?) on new staff, plus they plan to:

    - install a new wet plant
    - reinstate the Dense Media Separating plant (DMS)

    This sounds like significant activity. Why are they writing it on a recruitment page rather than telling us investors? In order to keep the price low for a time?
