director sells 300000 shares, page-4

John Dunlop, like the rest us requires an income and at times lump sums...eg tax assessments, family expenses, CHILDREN etc etc.......He certainly draws modest amounts from his directorships of AGS and ALK......and I have no idea about his Consulting Company and his liabilities there. But you can be sure that if AGS had any negative message sticks on the road he would not be selling now.......I'd not be reading too much into a 4% reduction in his holdings. I bought a few today @ 160.......but I am well in front on AGS so can understand the position of buyers who have come in at the higher prices.
