In the 2016 Annual report Cornejo had 3,748,,583 shares, so it appears he hasn't sold any shares since then and exercised his options.
I'm not 100% sure but I don't think he is a director anymore? if this is the case, then he could have sold his shares to exercise his options without needing a Notice, but has chosen to keep his shares and exercise options. Good vote of confidence
Can anyone confirm whether he is currently a director? He didn't feature in the Annual General Meeting report.
