Just to add further to that.
I'm not to sure on nuances of exec type roles but it seems Aidan may not be in the same caliber as a Mark Sheridan type with in regards to their specific roles, i wonder if we really got the best man for the job after an extensive nation wide search.
Again, just for my own curiosity, i hope no one is going to attack me for this comment.
