What does the rerate mean?

Hope youre right, i will be so relieved once we're 4.50 plus, but since reports arent until the end of the month why are you expecting it to suddenly change in the next few days? I dont understand the charts, but from a logical point of view i dont know why people who have waited this long would suddenly jump in and buy now before the reports come out since its so close

I cant help but feel people have been predicting an imminent breakout according to charts for most of the last month and it has never eventuated its just mostly kept falling overall
