When I look at myr the 2 things imo they have going for them atm are
the brand and the nationwide footprint.
Large companies like myr with monopoly positions for decades now having to deal with
disruption and fierce global competition in the market place.
Poductivity and online transactions translating to lower prices for consumers and falling revenues.
If myr want to get bk on track they need to reinvent themselves for the modern day, stop being a follower offer a compelling reason some point of difference for consumers to enter storefront and keep changing as their competitors are likely to replicate any offering
how about a discount card !
SL doesnt have to make a t/o yet,just wait for the wallets & purses snap close following interest rate rises see the economy tank then ride in with t/o under 50c
There use to be a good reason to go into a myr strore there isnt now.
I get a better shopping experience going to my local salvos, st vinnies and variety other opp shops and the service I can count on with a smile the prices and goods are pretty good too
