"AOC Partners have advised Synergy that they will take up the full
amount of the shortfall.
Holding statements for the new shares and free options will be
dispatched to shareholders on Friday 16 November 2007 and refund
cheques for shortfall applications will be despatched in the week
commencing 19 November 2007."
