even if the price is not above 65, LIM could possibly still exercise so as to increase their stake. to buy 11million shares on the market would push the price past 65 anyway, so if they want to increase their stake strategically, it would be a wise move to exercise. if they did exercise out of the money options, you can bet your bottom dollar that THX shareprice would increase above and beyond that price....
