Looking into the near future, 2019/2020, there will be quite a few late-started lithium projects coming on market (in production) and crowding the market. Hence, my personal preference is for the company to redeploy the generated FCF into upgrading the boat into blue ocean class sturdy boat rather than taking dividends. While we have Mark/TAW focusing on delivering Bald Hill and opening up Cowan, we have Tjandra/AMAL working on getting into downstream operations where the margins are better. There's work cut out for everyone - it will be another busy busy but rewarding year.

Hang on the ride.
To be brutally honest, some will take profit along the way, especially during retracements - because most people can only handle small rewards and do not have the patience/conviction to hold for huge profits. I sincerely hope everyone can make lots and lots of returns in this exciting journey.

Personally, I am beyond making lots of $$$. I am excited about this investment because it hugely rewards me for my ability to pick/hold companies that goes from zero to hero. It makes me happy to be contributing to the success of this growing company.

Well it was MC that stated dividends for 2019 after mine paid off!... not me !!.

A compromise here can be a small dividend to start with ..& spend rest on an additional DMS unit to double production...
Remember the Super funds love companies that declare dividends... by then we shld be in ASX 200 & 300 so institutions will buy up big! IMO
