No I didn't say that at all.

But I'm saying you are blaming him more than the leaders of the company and not giving him the benefit of the doubt in a fair and reasonable way.

You cannot ignore that as a real possibility that JH may well have had reservations about GC's approach way earlier than the Diasource deal, and may well have been ignored. (Kind of like many people do with me in here...)

Then he gets blamed! Where is the sense of fairness? What I see in here is a form of confirmation bias.

Here's the thing: You require me to have access to Board decisions before you will give anyone but GC and RM the benefit of the doubt? You refuse to look at what brought the company to it's knees earlier than the Diasource deal?

Seriously. MB, GC and RM were the guys were in charge and responsible for the parlous state of ADO's finances, as noted by MB that made the Diasource deal critical to even the continuation of the company at the time. You can't pretend they weren't.

It's so incredible in here, that I continue as a matter of principle.

It's not to sway votes, never has been. HC will not make the difference, regardless of what you guys imagine.

But at some point, I might be able to help someone see this differently. This is the purpose of discussion.

You said he had no power, with that I disagree.
