JH worked or works for Ferghana. You can absolutely pass some of the blame onto him. The CEO sometimes has to trust that the directors appointed can get the job done. If you read his bio, it says he has the credentials.
Can you or anyone for that matter tell me on thing he has done that has been good for ADO? That isn't a rhetorical question.
In absence of any knowledge on here or a statement from him explaining what positives he has brought to the business I think you would be crazy to vote for him.
The statement that he was a shareholder and that he was affected after buying on market a few weeks beforehand was a good enough indication why if I had a vote, it wouldn't be for him.
I could go on, but I won't.
