An ISE reading this low produced the Oct 2002 bear market low in the US.
That is the exception, every other time it called for maybe one more day of rally before new lows.
Take your pick.
Probably the best approach says see what follow on can happen from last night.
One day wonders are worth nothing.
If a week from now we are powering on then this is probably a significant bottom, otherwise just another typical bear market rally.
