I think that we share concerns that he may be incompetent, arrogantly egoistic, misguided or malfeasant.
The question before us is how do we protest his actions and seek corrective action.
I admit that I have no idea how to start, but I am convinced that lack of collective action on shareholders' parts will be financially disastrous.
ALF has changed its investment approach and objectives without any reference to shareholders and continues to refuse to justify on-going under-performance in its arrogantly brief periodic reports.
Things must change.
