With regard to Point 2 of your note. Yes – we are working very closely with the growers particularly the MIS growers through the Sandalwood Growers Co op and we are concerned to ensure that growers are better represented by the new board. We plan to make sure growers receive the highest possible prices, and through our network we have access to large international customers that will ONLY deal with us (because they have no confidence in current Quintis board and management) and some are willing to sign up to long-term contracts immediately the current board is replaced by us. Many of us are major growers and regardless of the outcome of the EGM we will be working with the growers on all fronts be it forestry maintenance or sales and marketing of their produce to deliver them the best possible outcome. We are very well organised and skilled to do this.
