they confirmed they'll look for a JV for speewah in the interview, once the scopy study is done. So around june/july they'll start looking.
I kindah like the lack of coverage at the moment, i'm not completely set, not by a mile. My money comes in as part of my pay cycle and as such can only buy limited parcel amounts. I have basically liquidated all my shyte holdings and now hold KRC and another soon to be money maker. these are my big bets for 2018. I am unlikely to trade the positions to increase holdings as its too difficult to time the market with all the game playing and i'm too impatient to hold cash.
Anyway, i need more, so i need these prices to hold for another few weeks
