As to your London broker friend, I think he may have been telling you porkies, Dati, because there are only a total of about 11m shares there, and they’re spread through quite a number of houses. I doubt VERY much he has 10m under his control. While on the subject, though, I hope your broker mate is entirely transparent in talking his clients through the investment arithmetic.
