My apologies for the late reply. I have been busy on other issues and lost my connection. :(

The imaged document is a poor fax copy so I won't try to post the actual document.

Here is the bottom line of the document.

Another piece of the puzzle has been revealed.

RMG issued 3,111,111 shares to a Public Company (Unnamed) on 31/10/2007.

Now we know that both Holloman Minerals and Holloman Oil & Gas filed Documents on 01/11/2007 requesting to convert from Public to PTY.

So it seems that RMG may have issued these shares to possibly Holloman Minerals or Holloman Oil & Gas prior to them converting to a PTY.

With Holloman Minerals currently being the major shareholder, RMG may have issued the shares to Holloman Oil & Gas as part of the "Reverse Takeover Scenario".

Caveat - This is just my best guess of what may be happening and we need to wait for an official announcement to know what is actually happening.
