"Syndicated Metals holds a large tenement position in the Mount Isa region, Australia’s premier base metal
province. The Company has a base metal focus, offering Shareholders exposure to projects with existing
drill intercepts of copper, molybdenum and gold, and potential for base metal and uranium mineralisation.
Our flagship project is Kalman South near Mount Isa which has potential for a molybdenum-copper-gold
deposit and is currently being explored by our joint venture partner Mt Dockerell Mining Pty Ltd, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Kings Minerals NL (together, “Kings Minerals“). Kings Minerals has the right to
earn a 51% interest in EPM 13870 by spending $4 million on exploration costs and up to a 70% interest
by completing a final feasibility study. Syndicated Metals is free carried in this project until completion of a
final feasibility study.
We are also pleased that Sun Metals Corporation Pty Ltd (“Sun Metals“), a subsidiary of Korea Zinc
Company Ltd (“Korea Zinc“), has agreed to take a strategic position in the Company. Korea Zinc is one
of the world’s largest producers of zinc metal while Sun Metals operates a zinc refinery near Townsville in
North Queensland. Syndicated Metals has granted Sun Metals lead and zinc concentrate offtake rights for
the Company’s share of any production from its current tenements in North Queensland, the final terms
of which are yet to be finalised."
