800 facial recognition cameras at the SCG, wonder who's behind this?

Apparently the cameras "capable of capturing images of people 1.5kms away from the stadium and matching them against a database of banned spectators and known persons of interest..."
The description plays perfectly into BS and BA specs. IE needing to match off against a database which is probably one or two photos.
I have a couple of points:
Firstly, given our Ozzy sales guy, Gregory Ryan, was appointed 1 November 2017, should BRN have been on the radar for this? The contract could possibly have been sewn up at that stage or am I giving Mr Ryan or BRN too much slack? Similarly, I don't believe we have an agreement with an OEM that would have exposure to this.
Secondly and more importantly, I agree that changing the business model to partnering with OEMs, as opposed to contracts with direct end clients, is the right move... however I feel this will affect future news flow and in turn affect potential publicity opportunities. Let's argue that BS is behind the SCG cameras. If the SCG has the contract with the OEM we have an arrangement with, BRN could not announce this to the market in the same way as if we had a direct contract with the SCG as the OEM is unlikely to disclose their client to BRN through fear of "leading competitors to the trough", which is exactly what Louis has been banging on about.
Thus, from BRNs point of view they may only see the purchase order for the number of units for BS or BA from the OEM. Going forward the 4Cs should be of particular importance (they normally are, but perhaps more so in BRNs case). Louis has also mentioned that he should be able to provide some guidance on revenue going forward (refer to the last webinar in December) and we should also start to see some nice growth in this area in 2018.
I hope Louis will provide sales numbers for BS and BA going forward. ie keep your eyes peeled for 800
