macquarie and nms

Just started up my Macquarie Prime and was going to buy some more NMS. However, the system won't allow me and after further enquiries they said it was because there was some transaction occurring between NMS and Mac Bank.

I was thinking it wouldn't be a placement because Pattersons did it last time and Macquarie bought a few. Takeover? Not sure why I wouldn't be allowed to buy as Macquarie would be buying as well.

Price is rising so i'm hoping its something good.
