No fund or sophisticated investor will touch this ever again so why should the average shareholder

Questions
What do you think they will be spending the $39 million on?
How long will the shareholders funds last after Orion's take
Are they trading profitably?
Do you believe that they have finally got this right after so many times stating that before?
Are you willing to loose more money on the turn around story with so many more stories prior to this 1
Pacific rd left for a reason - are you willing to bet against them with all the research and DD they did?
How many more chances to exit are you hoping to get?

These guys are clutching at straws and doing everything possible to not drown and keep this afloat so there big salaries continue and probably also avoid the consequences of going into Administration.

Question for you first: As a none-holder, why the hell bother to write such a thing everybody already know?
Instead going to the beach in such a beautiful day, Why spending time here talking down this stock is so important to you?

Without knowing your true intention, do you think anyone will trust you? (oh except your buddys, who are doing the same with you side by side)
