HarkenBanks: Sorry, but I tend to see this DIFFERENTLY!
Sri Lanka (FGR) is obviously well positioned to supply the ASIAN-PACIFIC area (with key end-users mainly in ASIA (China/Japan/Korea, most likely).
Sweden (TLG) on the other hand is excellently positioned to supply EUROPE. Europe is far from being 'dead' ! (Main market in Europe most likely Germany).
All again JIMHO, of course and I could be wrong.
