    i was refused a sell order today, on the grounds it might have been manipulative. ie a computer algorithm refused my sell order. I was trying to sell to the first bidder with matching volume (not CVI). Because it was at 3:58PM, it was knocked back. A manipulator of stock would never go down that route anyway, he/she does leave a trail tho.
