IRC had sold the oil share right to Xtract and Resmex in 2005.

Resmex has bought Xtract out, and rename itself as Xtract.

IRC now owns a bunch of Xtract Shares.

IMHO, IRC's V/Mo deposits are the world class, although low grade, and high cost to extract with conventional method.

According to Mike Ruane, the company maker is a process developed by himself to unlock the huge V/Mo asset at relative low cost, with locally available materials.

I have spoken with him several times, he seems capable, and confident. Backed by the fact he keeps buying IRC shares, with 30% shareholdings.

He could be wrong, and can afford to be wrong. but I am kind of like him, loaded some IRC shares which I can afford to lose, and be happy to ride with him for awhile.
