I think the pipe is just to deep for the company to continue exploration on it at this stage due to the tens of millions that would be needed to dig it out to bulk sample.
I was going to buy back in at some stage but after going over the numbers I have come to the conclusion that there will be many billions of shares on issue before a commercial pipe has been discovered at Lulo.
The low grade nature of the Lulo Kimberlite cluster of pipes will mean that tens of millions will be needed to prove up a commercial pipe out of all the other targets.
At first I was not concerned about the cost of the Kimberlite exploration as I was sure the Alluvial mining would cover the cost ,but in my opinion the Alluvial diamond mining project will be in the red within 12 to 18 months.
IM sure a bunch of commercial pipes will be discovered at Lulo at some stage ,but by the time that happens there will be so many shares on issue or even another consolidation that there will be not much more than a bag or two to be made from the current share price level.
No more missed opportunities for me from my large watch list of stocks I have spent days to years researching.
