That is similar to what the Rosicrucians believe, they believe God is within ourself. I don't agree with that and that was the reason I stopped reading the philosophies the Rosicrucians teach.

From the Bible, I think we are supposed to treat our body as a temple, ... and a nun I commented to about, said it is because God is within us.

Makes sense.
