If someone discovered 10bil barrels tomorrow it would have no influence on the price of oil in 2 years time.....firstly fields that size generally take upwards of 5 years from discovery until they are producing at significant rates........and secondly thae amount of oil it would produce per day would be only a fraction of the decline that takes place in fields around the world everyday.......I guess your CVI oil is not exposed to oil prices.......
