The industries that have not recovered include uranium and rare earths. The electric cars will need energy tp charge the batteries (uranium?) as solar and wind are too intermittent . There are currently 50 nuclear power stations under construction. Most of the uranium produced currently is under water at the spot price and producers survive mainly because of long term contracts at higher prices. These are starting to run out which bodes well for uranium. Non producers with advanced projects are maybe worth a punt.
As far as rare earths go, the focus is on Pr and Nd which are used in magnets in electric motors. Light rare earth deposits with advanced projects may be the next to run.
