The grandest opportunity has already been missed prior to the Novo JV which wouldn't have had to happen when Artemis had a call from the Dept of Mines to reinstate disturbed land at Purdys which is rather odd because the whole place is disturbed aswell as elsewhere and in fact the local Prospecters have already indicated where the gold daylights at surface because there metal detecters can only go so far.
So EM got a bulldozer on sight who had a metal detecter on him ? or was it JC who also touched down in his helicopter and knew a thing or two about where the Prospecters were Prospecting including on relingquished Fox leases as they had no money and gold was found and JC had a Special Prospecting Licence anyway but a 40E Licence might have been better in this case as it looks like the price had already been set that there was going to be a J/V with Novo who were tradidong at $1 or less at that time if you know what I mean and you already new the ground was good ?
So the insiders have had a great time but ARV has been heavily diluted with about 570M shares now when the ARV share price could have been a lot higher when they were raising cash by printing shares but with DL and his mate Micky(mouse) Manynames wheeling and dealing this is what you got and includes giving half your daylighting gold away when all DL had to do was get the Radio hill processing plant operational ASAP ?
So much so JC and syndicate even picked up the relingquished Fox leases and flogged them of to Novo in exchange for plenty of Novo shares held in escrow and he's no fan of ARV even though he holds because he knows what's gone on behind the scenenes !
I hold a fare few Fox shares which the deal has also been heavily done over by dilution and giving half the easy quick cash generation away in the J/V so the insiders can get filthy rich.
