Crickey this mornings sales agreement pretty much says we will buy shite loads if we are happy with the product and can find a buyer......but in the meantime we want exclusive selling rights into China........not sure this shows great negotiating skills on DTZ behalf.
Sales agreement in current form is not worth the paper it is written on.
