well seeing buy orders at 0.16 is like 16 eggs to me ,, lets see how many will hatch?? by the time you determine whether they have a licence or not it will be too late, even if they don't get granted a licence doesn't mean theyre doomed,, also Darryl Morley has this stock in his portfolio which means chartistically its all green lights,, dunno how you cant see
