Simple announcement, people start asking questions about why there is a name change and nobody has been informed, so they let everybody know.

Second, would a growing company that is going to stretch across various LATAM countries eventually, not to mention globally, create a more distributed and ubiquitous method of overall advertising for both themselves and SOL Telecom?? I believe so!

It is not about who gets their name on the title but who will create the more prevalent name and while SOL telecom is currently known locally, over time TV2U will be known both locally and regionally if not internationally too. This I feel is the rationale behind the decision, and at this point I feel it is the correct one.

I am not the least suprised that the market and everyone on HC sees this as a disappointing announcement as we are all hungry for a SP rise but getting these things right early on will set the company in good stead as it expands and cannot be overlooked.

As mentioned just a few days ago a global company does not fire up overnight and much work has been done up to this point.

It is once again time to hold tight, as uptake numbers and revenue are not going to blow through the millions in the first week after hard launch. However if patient this may be the chance to start on the ground floor of what may be a prominent global OTT business in a few months/years time. If people cannot wait then there are plenty of other pennies waiting to go.
