“Different commodities but similar logistics”
And a world apart. Iron ore is produced at around $15-20 per tonne and sold at say $60 per tonne.
There’s a big difference between offsetting the transportation costs on a product $60 per tonne as opposed to processing concentrate at $20per tonne
and selling it at $1000++ per tonne / 6% concentrate or processing at say $2000 per tonne of 99.5%+ Li2CO3, and flicking it for $20,000 pt.
Very different.
